I guess, we all have been in this situation. We hurt someone and find that saying “Sorry – forgive me” seems to be the hardest words. Pride? Fear to tell someone that we are not perfect, that we make mistakes?

This morning, I met a nice guy from Greece. He needed a sand-writing for his wife, telling her, “I am sorry”. I don’t know what he did and he didn’t tell me, but getting this sand-writing was the right thing to do, for sure.

And it came at the right time for me too. Being irritated by Second Life’s never ending problems and having tried for hours to upload a few textures to the servers (no success of course), I neglected my girlfriend Rockje when she came online. She wanted to talk about some of the wonderful ideas she always has, wanted a little bit help from me and found a snappish grumpy villain instead of her lover Villain. That’s how I ruined her evening and mine too. Sorry for that, Rockje, forgive me.

So boys and girls, I give you a box with four sand-writings “Forgive me” for a week for free. Go and get it, you never know when you will need it. And don’t hesitate to say “Sorry”, it isn’t the hardest word to say!
